1/4 c. peanut butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup oatmeal
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large bowl combine peanut butter, oil, and water. Gradually add flour, then oatmeal. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a cookie cutter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
